Making Waves in Centre County

Over the past week, The Centre Countians for Chuck Pennacchio have been holding impromptu daily rallies for Chuck called "waves," where we gather at busy intersections around town during rush hour traffic (usually 7:30-8:00 and/or 5:00-5:30). Today's wave was fantastic. Thirteen of us showed up to cheer for Chuck (not all pictured above). Lots of cars drove by and honked in support. We handed out some pamphlets during red lights, and one enthusiastic driver even took a yard sign!

Waves are a great way to get Chuck's name out to people in your hometown. You only need four or five cheerful people with yard signs to get started. Homemade signs are great too. My favorite above reads,"Chuck Pennacchio in, Chuck Santorum out."

Let's make some waves across the state!
