Voting Machines in Centre County

Centre County is trying to decide which type of voting machines to purchase: the black-box electronic machines or paper ballot optical scanners. Tough call eh? I know that the ATM voting machines are really shiny, but silly conservative Shlomo prefers an actual record of his vote. After all,
Those who cast the votes decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything--Anonymous
In any event, Invisible Ballots: A Temptation for Electronic Vote Fraud is playing this Thursday (June 1st) in State College. The tagline reads:
Governments are installing computerized voting systems with no paper record to verify accuracy. Elections will be controlled by companies that do not allow voters to inspect their software. If vote counting becomes privatized, there may be no way to get it back. Hightech vote fraud is already a reality. If you value your vote, you must get this information to your friends -- and fast!
I have not seen the film myself and cannot speak to its accuracy, but if you are concerned about this issue, check it out.
